The Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #8 began in 1955 as the Princess Anne Lodge #8.
Throughout history our lodge has had some great success and remarkable memories. Our mission has not change we are here for our community and the voice for our law enforcement officers. Together we can make a difference.
In 2017, the tough decision was made to sell our home lodge. Due to the high cost of maintenance and much needed building repairs. It was decided by the Board and put to a vote at the general body meeting and the lodge was sold in 2018. But our brotherhood and sisterhood remains strong and our legacy continues!
In the beginning we were know as the Princess Anne Lodge #8, today the Virginia Beach FOP Lodge #8 is striving and moving forward. Our past members have paved the way of what our community expects from us and our present brothers and sisters are up to the challenge to ensure that the Virginia Beach FOP Lodge #8 remains an amazing organization.
